HTML markup language
This site validates as HTML 4.01 Transitional, and uses CSS for all layout and
design purposes. The site markup is structured and clean to aid those using
browsers that cannot display images and visual styles.
All pages on this site meet all WAI Guidelines to a Priority level of 1, and

Aids to navigation
For those using screen readers, this site contains links to skip straight to
the content of a page. Links are written to make sense out of context - that
is, reading the phrase of the link by itself is enough to understand where that
link might take you.
All links will open in the same browser window, with the exception of file
download links (Microsoft Word documents and PDF files).
Browser compatibility
This website has been tested with the following browsers and we are satisfied
with the output of the site:
Mozilla Firefox (version 1.0.3 on PC and version 1.0 on Mac)
Microsoft Internet Explorer (versions 5.01, 5.5, 6.02 on PC)
Netscape Navigator (version 7.2 on PC)
Opera (version 7.54 on PC)
Safari (version 1.3 on Mac)
We make sure text can be re-sized
All text on this site is set to relative sizing units, so that it can be sized
up or down using the appropriate tool in your browser. Please refer to your
browser's help function or documentation if you are unsure how to do this.
Access keys
Many assistive technologies make use of the keyboard for performing
important tasks, such as navigation, selecting buttons, submitting forms and so
on.
Some websites provide the user with additional functions via the keyboard, but
we believe this is not yet widely supported or understood by the majority of
users, lacks any standard across different sites and is often detrimental to
those users who need to make use of the keyboard for fundamental tasks.
