Q – How long can I access these courses for?
A – You are able to access the courses and reference material indefinitely. You are able to use it as much as you wish.

Q - How long do these courses take to complete?
A – Each module takes around 30 to 40 minutes to complete. The duration of a whole course depends on the number of modules available within it.

Q - Are these courses available in other languages?
A- Not at the moment, but we are planning on developing them in various different languages in the near future. If you are interested in seeing a course developed in your language please contact us.

Q – How do I purchase a course?
A – First you must register with elearning-training.com by entering your name and email address. We will then send you a confirmation email with your username (your e-mail address) and a password. Follow the link provided to you on the email which will take you back to the site. Once you sign in you can select the course or modules you want and then follow our simple purchase process. It will only take you a minute to complete.

Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A- We accept , MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and JCB.

Q – Is this a secure server?
A – Yes, the server we use is completely safe. This is illustrated by the lock symbol at the bottom of the browser. All credit and debit card transactions are encrypted to eliminate fraudulent activity.

Q - Do you pass my details to other companies?
A – No, your details are confidential and are never disclosed to anyone without your permission. This includes your email address, which is used solely to contact you. We do not send you Spam, only information and news about online training courses.

Q - Why do you need my email address?
A – It is important that you give us a valid email address so the system generates and sends a password to your inbox so you can access your “My eLearning Zone” which provides you with an individualised learning account holding your learning materials. It also allows delivery of learning activities, learner assessment, records, and certificates. It is also important, as in the instance you forgot your password we would need to send a reminder to the selected address.

Q - What is the minimum computer specification needed to use this software?
A – Your computer must have at least Windows 98, 200Mb of free disc space, video display 800*600 (256 colours recommended) Pentium Processor of at least 233 Mhz and 16-bit sound card. For Mac users this equates to Mac OS 8.6 minimum and Power PC Processor of 200 Mhz. For optimum performance a broadband connection is recommended.

Q - I have forgotten my password; can it be reset?
A – If you forget your password, please select this option next to where you would normally enter it. We will then send you an email with your new password.

Q - How do I access the courses when I return to the site?
A – When you return to the site you should select the “My e-learning Zone” option. You will then be asked to give your user name and password, so please keep them in a safe place. This will then take you directly to your personal learning portal, which is constantly updated with the modules you have completed and the new ones.

Q - How can I get technical support?
A- Please email us at support@elearning-training.com if you have any problems and we will reply within 48 hours.

Q - How soon can I begin using this product?
A – As soon as you have registered and paid the fee we will send you a confirmation email to the address you have provided. It will then have a link back to the website and you can begin the course immediately.
