IUC- Training Centre for the Installation Industry

The Training Centre for the Installation Industry (IUC) in Sweden is the training institute for installation and engineering industry. The IUC offers training in technical subjects, management, economics and law for personnel in installation and engineering industry.

The founder Swedish Association of Refrigeration Contractors (KYL), The Swedish Association of Air Handling Industries (SwedVent), The Swedish Association of Plumbing, Heating, Insulating, Refrigerating and Ventilation Contractors (VVS-I) and the municipality of Katrineholm started IUC 1988.

IUC has an annual turnover of 4,1 million Euro and 24 employees. The centre runs a large number of courses and is highly skilled within the installation field. Work at IUC is based on research and best practice in refrigeration, plumbing, heating, ventilation and insulation industry.
